All bikes are assessed individually, especially those new to the workshop, to identify all required work before proceeding. This ensures nothing is missed and no bike is returned half finished.
Mountain bikes experience heavy wear due to harsh conditions, with components such as chains, brake pads, bottom brackets, and suspension requiring frequent attention. Water damage is a common issue, making regular suspension servicing—particularly forks—essential. Road bike servicing depends on usage and bike type, typically around every 1,500 miles, and ranges from standard adjustments to full strip-down services.
All servicing is tailored to the rider and bike, with costs and major work discussed in advance. Additional services include full builds, repairs, frame and linkage work, and suspension servicing, with specialist work arranged where required.
